      For automatic mechanical watches, the second hand moves smoothly at a rate of 21,600 vibrations per hour. For quartz watches, the second hand ticks.


      Will I receive a tracking number?

      Once your watch is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking website. We ship via EMS or other couriers to ensure you receive your watch as quickly as possible.


      Will the watch come with the original packaging?

      Yes, the watch will be shipped with the original packaging for free, and if necessary, the shopping mall receipt will be included.


      How fast is the shipping?

      Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-2 business days, and then ship via EMS or other couriers. Delivery usually takes 10-15 days (to the US). For other countries, please consult customer service for shipping times.

      Depending on the watch model you choose, our watches use Chinese, Japanese, or Swiss movements.


      Is the watch waterproof?

      Yes. The watches are generally water-resistant to 3ATM. Please refer to the Watch Precautions for more details.

      What is the return policy?

      If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can contact customer service for a refund within 30 days (as long as the product has not been used).
      Refund Process: Contact customer service to get the return address.
      Once we receive and inspect the item, if the watch is new and unworn, we will process the refund, which will be credited to your card within 8-20 days.
